By engaging our Services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Diamond Tiara Studios Inc offers private salon-suite rentals and related amenities for independent beauty professionals and small business owners. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

Marketing and advertising available suites

Tenant screening and placement

Lease preparation and administration

Rent collection and payment processing

Facility maintenance coordination

Financial record-keeping and reporting for your lease

Hosting or facilitating events and workshops within our facility

The exact scope of Services for each tenant will be defined in your individual lease or management agreement.

2. Fees and Payment

Suite rental fees and any optional service fees are billed as outlined in your lease agreement.

Payments are due on the schedule specified in your agreement (typically the first of each month) unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may incur additional charges, interest, or temporary suspension of certain Services until the account is current.

3. Tenant Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during the application and leasing process.

Maintain appropriate liability insurance or other required coverage for your business activities.

Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including health and safety regulations.

Follow all facility rules, policies, and procedures as updated from time to time.

4. Facility Use & Tenant Relations

Diamond Tiara Studios Inc acts as the landlord for all tenant communications regarding suite use, rent collection, and maintenance. While we coordinate common-area services, each tenant remains solely responsible for their own business operations, clients, and compliance with all licensing or professional requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe, well-maintained environment, Diamond Tiara Studios Inc will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Losses arising from tenant actions, client interactions, theft, natural disasters, vandalism, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total suite rental fees you have paid in the preceding three (3) months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a lease or management agreement as outlined in the signed contract. Upon termination, all outstanding fees and obligations become immediately due and payable.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying tenants directly. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
